Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Link Up Companion App (the "App"). The App is owned and operated by The St.Lucian Hub("Company"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License to Use
The company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose without the Company's prior written consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App to:
Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable content;
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity;
Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity;
Transmit any viruses or other malicious code; or
Interfere with the use and enjoyment of the App by other users.
4. Prohibited Behaviors
The following activities are prohibited on the App:
Creating a false or misleading profile;
Impersonating another person;
Posting or transmitting any content that is harmful to minors;
Disclosing the personal information of other users without their consent;
Using the App to engage in any commercial activity without the Company's prior written consent; or
Violating any of the other provisions of these Terms.
5. Termination and Account Suspension
The company reserves the right to terminate your account or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All intellectual property rights in the App, including the code, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by the Company or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or its licensors.
7. User-Generated Content
Any content that you post or transmit to the App (including, but not limited to, reviews, comments, and photos) is considered to be "user-generated content." You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your user-generated content in connection with the App.
8. Payment Clauses
If you purchase a service through the App, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payments made through the App.
9. Privacy Policy
The company's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how the Company collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. You agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Company is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Disclaimers and Warranties
Company disclaims all express and implied warranties with respect to the App, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Governing Laws
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
13. Changes to Your Terms
Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If the Company makes any changes to these Terms, the Company will post the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional Terms for Business Users
If you are using the App on behalf of a business (the "Business"), you agree to the following additional terms:
You agree to provide the Company with accurate and up-to-date information about the Business, including the Business's name, address, and contact information.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
15. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the App for any reason, you may request a refund based on the terms of the policy. To request a refund, please contact the Company at admin@thestlucianhub.com.
Refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds are not available for:
In-app purchases
Services that have already been rendered
Digital content that has already been downloaded

16. Payment to Promoters
Link Up Companion App will pay out event ticket sales to promoters within 5-10 business days after the event. In some instances, it may take longer to process payments due to unforeseen circumstances.
